We do not sell, license, or publicly distribute Customer Content.

Debugging and reliability monitoring (limited and controlled access)
We do not use Customer Content to train public or third-party AI models unless you explicitly agree in writing.
By default:
API input and output content may be stored temporarily for system monitoring, debugging, and compliance
Logs are retained for a limited period, typically up to 30 days, unless required longer for billing disputes, legal compliance, or security investigations
After this period, content is automatically deleted or anonymized.
We retain:
Invoices, payments, and tax records as required by law
Account records while your account remains active

All customer data, including API inputs, outputs, logs, and account information, is processed and stored exclusively within data centers located in India. Bhashini.ai does not transfer, mirror, or store customer data outside India.
