1. ANONYMITY & DATA PROTECTION

1.1 Bhashini will not reveal or make public, the name/identity of the voice-over artists through any of the technologies developed by Bhashini and/or its clients and/or their website.

1.2 Although the following personal information of the voice-over artists will be collected by Bhashini - Name, Address proof, Bank details, PAN number, contact number, age, gender, native language/dialect, educational level - for internal legal and compliance purposes, none of this information other than age, gender, native language/dialect and educational level will be disclosed or made public through any of the technologies developed by Bhashini and/or its clients and/or their website.

1.3 The voice-over artist consents to Bhashini collecting, storing, processing, disclosing, transferring or handling their personal information and sensitive personal information (particularly, name, address proof, bank details, PAN number, contact number, age, gender, native language/dialect, educational level), as may be required for internal legal and compliance purposes.
